E-Mail policy:

1. When you e-mail us, please be patient, we will reply when we can, we are very busy with our work. Be sure to mark the section of your letter which might be considered CONFIDENTIAL if it is for our eyes only.
2. Please do not send any unsolicited attachments or your mail will be deleted without it being opened. Do not send any files (text included) over 27K without asking first. You must provide a full description of what you intend to send before hand if it is over the limit.
3. Be polite. We get lots of e-mail every day and can't always remember every detail of our previous conversations. Rudeness gets you blocked from further contact.
4. Remember: Hotmail as you know is not the most dependable means of communication, so keep a back-up copy of your letter if it is important. You might need to re-send it, or use an alternate address.
5. Absolutely no unsolicited e-mail, spam or chain-letters!

If you wish to conact us please note that we may no longer be on-line at any moment and might not get your message - please be patient and yet occasionally persistant.

The idea behind this is to fool spam-bots from collecting accurate e-mail addresses electronicly (using "spiders"), leading the spammer to eventually get as much bounced e-mail as they send out as these addresses, as they are written are non-functioning ~ (pass this idea on) ~ It takes a real living, functioning brain to read these words and follow these directions carefully, thus blocking the spammers of the world from harassing us. Never display your actual e-mail address on your website or supply spam-bots with a "Mail-to:" option. Help stop spam once and for all.

For secure private e-mail (use of an electronic envelope and sealing wax) here is my public key for PGP, which is also on the main PGP server.

As an emergency back-up contact plan you may discover the "Purple Crow Yahoo group" and apply for membership there and await a moderator to contact you privately.
